Powerwhale is customer obsessed and thinks highly of customers’ feedback and satisfaction. You’re free to return it to us for a refund or replacement within 30 days from the purchase date for any reason. We will be the party to shoulder the shipping fee. The product needs to be returned in its original condition and packaging.
