At Powerwhale, we center on the customer’s satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with the products within 30 days you purchased, you can return the products for any reason. We will pay the return fee because this is our promise to you.
RETURN POLICY
* Carry 24 Months Warranty for After Service
2-year warranty extension: If you want to extend the warranty period, please fill in the product registration chart within 30 days of purchase. And go to the product registration page( https://warranty.powerwhale.club/club ). We provide you with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. After the successful registration, the warranty period will extend to 24 months automatically.
Warranty Coverage
* You are eligible to replace the product under warranty if one of the following is true:

If the product is damaged during the transportation, and you have received the order information and proof of damage.

The product does not conform to the description in one or more aspects.
3
The defects of the product cause unavailable, and the defects are not caused by artificial damage,misuse, improper handling, or act of God.
What’s Covered
* The warranty includes:

The warranty is limited to the first purchaser only, it is nontransferable.
2
The service or maintenance within the warranty period can be operated by brand-authorized staff only.
3
The purchaser is eligible to take the products to the authorized service center. The fee and the risk should be taken by the purchaser.
4
If any part of the product is repaired and/or exchanged, the warranty is effective in the unexpired period only.
5
If the staff of the authorized service center detects any physical damage and/or misuse, the warranty will be invalid. Services or repairs will be carried out on a fee-for-service basis only and subject to the component availability.

The maximum claim accepted by the company will depend on the maximum price and proof of original purchase.

In the warranty period, if there is any unpredictable situation and the customer cannot provide the replacement part, commercial solutions will be calculated in place of maintenance per the company’s current depreciation rules, which are also binding on the purchasers.

All the specified products conform to the test conditions. No claim or damage shall result directly or indirectly from the unsupported or poor performance of one or more of the specific functions.
What’s Not Covered
* The warranty does not include:

The product is sold from secondhand markets, unauthorized agencies/websites, and other copycat stores.

Purchase is for resale.
3
Not the first buyer of the product.
4
The same order has been replaced or refunded for free.
5
Damage caused by abuse, accidents, misuse, water damage, flood, fire, or any exterior reason.

Damage caused by improper installation, improper handling, or failure operation to follow instructions or manuals.
7
Damage caused by unauthorized refit or disassembly without following instructions or manuals.
8
Damage caused by any repair or service performed by unauthorized staff or company.
9
Unauthorized modification of circuits and damage caused by mismatching or misuse of batteries and chargers.
10
Damage caused by the reliability and compatibility issues that used unauthorized third-party parts.

Product lost.
*In addition, we reserve the right to refuse to guarantee any product or service obtained and/or used in violation of any national law.
